Main ebook formats: Kindle azw3 (mobipocket), PDF, ePub (containing key features of ePub3), and fb2 (.zip). Here are a few file types you can work with: comic books in CBR/CBZ format, RTF, MS Word documents, and HTML files. And plain text is an additional format that is supported.

This premium version's features include a connection with Google/Yandex Translate, Thumbnail library view, and built-in support for PDF and comic book formats.

The FBReader book network, a cloud service powered by Google DriveTM, is supported by FBReader for synchronization of your collection and/or reading locations. By default, synchronization is turned off; utilize the settings menu to enable and customize it.
